In general, the work consists of: the removal of existing spray foam and BUR systems on Fryklund Hall and Swanson Library roofs, and removal of existing ballasted EPDM roof on Micheels Hall. The installation of 3 new polyisocyanurate insulation and adhered EPDM roofing membrane system.
