UW Milwaukee Services Building Roof Replacement

In general, the work consists of: The project will overlay the existing trapezoidal standing seam panels on 12 Roof Areas of the facility. The roof system will consist of existing trapezoidal standing seam panel, 3" EPS insulation cut to fit between ribs, 1.5" polyisocyanurate insulation, 5/8" Gypsum coverboard mechanically attached, 60-mil fully adhered EPDM single ply membrane. Tapered polyisocyanurate insulation and fully adhered 60-mil EPDM to be laid into existing internal gutters / roof drains. Installation of perimeter sheet metal flashings and roof edge gutter system to be included on the high bays. Installation of roof access and walk pads across the facility.
