New Construction

New influent structure and equipment, chemical feed and electrical building, blowers, influent pumps, and aeration equipment. The aerations basin will have new aeration equipment and demolition of existing rectangular clarifier. Construction and installation of two new final clarifiers. New concrete wet well structures, and new steel bolted sludge storage tank. Upgrades to the disinfection chamber to include UV disinfection, reaeration, and non-potable water system.

Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference; however, attendance at this conference is not required to submit a Bid. NOTICE! The Pre-Bid Meeting has been rescheduled to Friday November 15th, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. CST.

• The Architect, General Contractor, Printer, or PlanRoom will not be responsible for bids or sub-bids based on single drawings, specification sheets or observation or use of partial sets of documents. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to review & understand all project requirements prior to submitting a bid!

• It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to review the “Addenda” tab during the bidding process for new postings!
