FHA ROSALIND APARTMENTS - Bathroom and Plumbing Renovations

The Project consists of the alteration/upgrade of the building's existing plumbing (supply, waste, and venting) systems from above the first floor and up through the roof construction. In addition the alteration will include upgrading 117 of the 135 dwelling unit bathrooms with work to include: new shower units, flooring, gypsum wallboard and A.C. ceilings as well as some bathroom accessories and some electrical updates.
