PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid tour will be conducted at the site January 9, 2025 beginning at 10:00AM. Participants should meet in the 6th Floor lobby of Sewell Social Sciences building located at 1180 Observatory Dr., Madison, WI. All bidders are highly encouraged to attend this Pre-bid Conference / Building Tour and no separate tours will be conducted. The contact person is Robert Wheat, OPN Architects, 301 N. • It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to review the “Addenda” tab during the bidding process for new postings!
