UW Oshkosh Arts & Communication Center Music Hall Renovations

In general, the work consists of: the renovation of Music Hall and associated spaces located within the Arts & Communication Center Building on the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh campus. The renovation area is approximately 8,600 square feet and encompasses the construction of a new vestibule within an existing lobby, ADA access and seating modifications at the 1st floor level, moving of the sound booth to the 1st floor level, ADA access and seating modifications at the basement level, provide and install electrified acoustical banners at undulating wall surfaces, install moveable acoustical curtains at back of stage, provide new fixed seating within Music Hall. At back of stage spaces, modifications will occur to Rooms N66, N66A, N66B, N66C, N66D, and N66E. Associated with the work will be an updated house lighting control system, new lights and occupancy sensors, along with emergency egress signs. Mechanical modifications will involve a temporary shutdown switch to the AHU supply music hall along with modifications to mechanical ducts and grilles to back of stage spaces.
