In general, the project consists of the alteration of the existing Dunn Energy Cooperative headquarters building including offices, break room, crew room, toilet rooms and associated plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems. The owner intends to continue to occupy adjacent portions of the existing building during the entire construction period.

PRE-BID MEETING: A pre-bid meeting will be held at Dunn Energy Cooperative on November 21, 2024, at 7:30 AM. We will meet at the front entrance/lobby.

QUESTIONS are due to Jordan Lieffring at Market & Johnson by December 3, 2024 at 2:00 PM.
