Bathroom renovation includes existing wall surface to be removed and replaced, new toilet and shower fixtures provided, and new solid surface shower surround and vanity top and sinks. Dorm renovation includes existing carpet flooring to be removed and replaced, paint walls and ceiling. New energy efficient lighting fixtures.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A non-mandatory pre-bid tour is scheduled for January 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at 95 s. 10th Avenue, Fort McCoy, WI. It is encouraged that contractors attend. Please contact Kris Dressler, Cedar Corporation, 715-235-9081, kris.dressler@cedarcorp.com. Bidders shall gain access to Fort McCoy Base Installation via the Main Gate and Visitor Control Center. Bidders will need to acquire a pass prior to entering the Base.
