G.C. NOTES:
The Boson Company is seeking sub and supplier bids for North Lakeland Elementary School, Building Renovations located in Manitowish Waters, WI. This is a Summer of 2025 renovation.
The Boson Company will only be bidding on Work Scope #03 - General Construction. Please see the attached preliminary construction schedule that is included in the specifications.
BID DATE: Tuesday, December 17th, 2024 at 12pm (Noon). Email bids to: bids@bosonco.com or Fax to 715-384-5872.
PRE-BID MEETING: Wednesday, November 20th at 3:30 pm onsite. This meeting is non-mandatory.
• It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to review the “Addenda” tab during the bidding process for new postings!
• The Owner, Architect, General Contractor, Printer, or PlanRoom will not be responsible for bids or sub-bids based on single drawings, specification sheets or observation or use of partial sets of documents. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to review & understand all project requirements prior to submitting a bid!
