DESCRIPTION: The project to be bid in the high school at 6500 Alderson Street, Schofield WI. consists of renovation of the existing laundry room and coach’s office. In the Gym: replacement of bleachers, roof deck and wall painting. Gym work will need to be coordinated around the Owner’s replacement of the gym flooring. In the Auditorium, replacement of existing theatrical lighting with DMX LED’s, ceiling renovation to add a new electric lighting bar and winch system, wall painting, carpet, and acoustic panels. Work will commence on May 5th of 2025 and be complete in time for school August 21st 2025.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday November 19th at 3:30pm at D.C. Everest Senior High school, 6500 Alderson St, Schofield, WI 54476, and to be held in the Commons with site inspection to follow. This pre-bid conference is not mandatory, but highly encouraged.
