PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A non-mandatory pre-bid tour is scheduled for 8:00AM November 13, 2024, at Boebel Hall Room #324. It is encouraged that contractors attend. Please contact Andy Reed, (608)338-1156, areed@prarch.com for additional information.
DESCRIPTION: In general, the work consists of renovations to Rm 327 in Boebel Hall from a white box classroom into a teaching and research biochemistry lab. 1296 total SF. Finishes will be demolished and replaced, lab casework will be provided. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services were valved with the previous renovation anticipating the conversion to a lab space. Floor coring is required to connect the bench systems with existing building services. RO and fume hood exhaust connections will require brief building shutdown. Demo to facilitate these connections in not anticipated.
