DESCRIPTION: In general, the work consists of the installation of new chain link fencing around the perimeter of the Taycheedah Correctional Institution. The new perimeter fence will be installed on the inside of the existing perimeter fence and shall include a Non-Lethal Electric Fence (NLEF), razor ribbon, and motion sensor enhancements in the buffer area between the existing fence and the proposed perimeter fence. Sitework includes installation of new retaining wall and modifications to the storm sewer.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A non-mandatory pre-bid tour is scheduled for October 16 at 10am at Taycheedah Correctional Institution, 751 Co Rd K, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
