DESCRIPTION: In general, the work consists of: Repair of select deficiencies within the masonry components on the northwest, northeast, and southeast elevations of North Scott Hall. Sealant joint materials shall be removed, joints prepared and new sealant installed between window frame-to-masonry, precast-to-precast, precast-to-brick, and brick masonry control joints. Approximately 25% of mortar joints within the brick masonry sections shall be re-pointed and select damaged or deteriorated bricks shall be replaced. New masonry control joints shall be installed within the brick masonry sections from grade or roof to top of parapet.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A non-mandatory pre-bid tour is scheduled for Friday, January 17, 2025 at 10:00am at Scott Hall, 625 Algoma Boulevard, Oshkosh, WI 54901. It is encouraged that contractors obtain a temporary parking pass at Campus Services, 650 Witzel Avenue, Oshkosh, WI 54902.
