PRE-BID MEETING: The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. No pre-bid meeting is scheduled currently. If you need to do a walk-through, please contact Market and Johnson to schedule a time.
