DESCRIPTION: The Project consists of the construction of a single-story branch office facility for WESTconsin Credit Union. The building includes approximately 5,900 square feet of office space plus a drive-up canopy of approximately 880 sq. ft.
PRE-BID: There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project. Please email your questions to Braxtyn Meyer: bmeyer@market-johnson.com. All questions are due at the end of day, Tuesday 11/05/2024.
NOTES:
Bid Pack #02 will be bidding on the remaining scopes of work that were not included in Bid Pack #01. See 00 2300 – Work Categories for further clarification.
M&J will be self performing the following work: cast-in-place concrete, masonry, building works, gypsum board assemblies, and site concrete.
Work to commence 10/21/24.
Project completion 8/1/25.
